Item Production Time & Shipping

Please be aware that all signs are made once an order is placed.

The time needed to prepare an item for you varies. If you need an order rushed, please message us prior to ordering to see if this is possible. If we are able to, a rush charge may be applied.

How will my item ship?

All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your region, and at times may exceed these estimates. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking website and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

If you are local and have selected "Pick up" you will get a notification when your order is ready. You must message us to arrange a day/time to pick up your order.

Returns & Cancellations

Contact me within 3 days of delivery if an item needs to be returned. Once the return is agreed upon, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery at the buyers expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Because of the nature of personalized and custom orders, unless they arrive damaged, they cannot be returned.

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, request the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
