Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns initiated within 7 days of delivery for store credit.

To initiate a return: Reply to your order confirmation email to start the process by indicating the reason for the return. Once the return is agreed upon, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of original delivery in its original condition at the buyers expense. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After inspecting the returned item, store credit will be issued. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

1. Because of the nature of Personalized and Custom orders, unless they arrive damaged, cannot be returned.

2. Discounted and Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend shipping with a tracking number and insurance.

4. We do not offer exchanges.


Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, request the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by replying to your order confirmation email. We will refund the original form of payment if requested within the 24 hour window.

 

Damages from Shipping:

If an order arrived damaged, we will need to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Send us photos of the box showing the condition of the box and photos of the damage to the item to: contact@kellyrileydesign.com. Include your order number in the email. We will work to replace your item!
